The redshirt leaders, surrounded by army on all sides, finally surrendered to police. Well, most of them did. A few ran away.

Crackdown
When they said “blood on the streets”…
…I didn’t quite expect this.
Thousands of red-shirted supporters of exiled former Prime Minster Thaksin Shinawatra, have each donated blood, which has been collected in bottles all day, and now poured at the gates of Government House.
- Protesters received free Ovaltine in return for giving blood
- Authorities have firefighting trucks & disinfectant ready
- Brahmin rite was performed before the blood-pouring, to curse the elites in power – “enemies to democracy”
- Thai stock index gains 17.37 points – 2.36%
