Thanks Paul, good spot. I'd exported them from iPhoto, which uploads lo-res versions first, then replaces them with the full-size version. Apparently the thumbnails are then re-generated, and the old image URLs stop working. I was seeing the cached versions. Should be fixed now anyway. Argh. Thanks Paul, good spot.
